Welcome to DocMerge + FormPublisher

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DocMerge + FormPublisher Google Workspace add-on (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DocMerge + FormPublisher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DocMerge + FormPublisher is a Google Workspace add-on designed to generate merged documents from Google Forms responses and Google Sheets data. The Service enables users to create documents with dynamic variables and templates for document automation. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DocMerge + FormPublisher, you agree to:

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to DocMerge + FormPublisher at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on DocMerge + FormPublisher, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of DocMerge + FormPublisher or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DocMerge + FormPublisher, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of DocMerge + FormPublisher after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Google API Services

DocMerge + FormPublisher complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google user data, such as Google Workspace data and your basic Google account information (email), solely for providing the core functionalities of the Service. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to fulfill the features of the Service.

12. Use of Google User Data

DocMerge + FormPublisher accesses and uses your Google user data to perform the following functions:

Google Workspace Data: We access the content within your Google Workspace to process, modify, and provide output as specified by you through our Service.
Google OAuth User Information: We use your Google account information for authentication and authorization purposes to ensure that only you can access your data.

DocMerge + FormPublisher does not sell or share your Google user data with third parties. The data is accessed solely for providing core features and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy to ensure the privacy and security of your information.

14. Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect the data we access, including using HTTPS for encrypted communication. While we strive to ensure the security of your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to review Google’s own security practices for additional measures related to Google APIs.

15. Data Retention and Deletion

DocMerge + FormPublisher does not retain any of your Google user data beyond the active session. Once the session ends or you disconnect your account, all data accessed for the purpose of using the Service is purged. We do not store or backup any user data.

You may revoke access to your Google user data at any time through your Google Account settings. Once revoked, we no longer have access to your data.

16. Refund Policy

DocMerge + FormPublisher offers lifetime access to the Service through a one-time payment model. As such, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing access to DocMerge + FormPublisher, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
No refunds will be provided for any reason after the purchase is completed.
Technical support will be provided to resolve any issues you may encounter while using the Service.
